DIY : How To make a Tinted Lip Gloss

Today I am going to write a DIY on how to make Tinted Lip Gloss at home. Yesterday a friend of mine told me that nothing suits her other than nude colors, and i know many girls face this problem so am going to share a quick way to make Lip Gloss 🙂
Its a pretty easy way and in this tutorial we will be making them without the use of microwave 😛 i hope you like it 🙂

ITEMS NEEDED :
Following things you will need to accomplish on making your Lip balm.

  1. Vaseline / Petroleum jelly
  2. Eyeshadow
  3. Lipstick – Any color
  4. Containers
  5. Something to mix

IST METHOD : WITH AN EYE SHADOW

Today i m using 100 % petroleum Jelly for baby because i am going to gift this balm to a friend who has a very sensitive skin and it is hypoallergenic.

The trick is very simple. Take a Scoop of Vaseline add your Eyeshadow and mix it really well and your done.

2ND METHOD : WITH A LIPSTICK

In this method we r using a lipstick so it is comparatively easy to mix. So take a scoop of vaseline cut small amount of your lipstick  ( u can use any dark color here and it will give u tinted and nude look) mix it well and you are done.

HOW THIS DIFFERENT FROM LIP BALM:

So if u want to make Lip Balm of same shade you can refer to my earlier tutorials of making Lip Balm. there is just a small difference of Procedure to make a Balm or a Gloss 🙂

PROS :

  • Creamy texture.
  • Moisturizing.
  • Tinted Color
  • Glides on to the Lips smoothly.
  • Stay for 1-2 hours (without meals)

CONS :

  • If you like Sheer color
  • Dont prefer prefer lip glosess
  • if you expect a long wear  its not for you

COST & AVAILABILITY :
It Don’t cost u much. almost every one have Vaseline at home and every girl have eye shades and lipstick which she can spare  what u just need is container … which cost around Rs 5-10 🙂
